Performance Media Specialist (BENELUX)
About Criterion Global
Criterion Global is an independent international media strategy and buying agency built for companies competing in the new global economy. We work with brands that require more than scale or automation—clients who value disciplined thinking, strong collaboration, and media decisions grounded in how markets actually function.
We operate with lean senior teams, deep cross-market collaboration, and a bias toward clarity over volume. While not widely known, we are often viewed by our clients as a quiet competitive advantage when operating across borders.
This Role
The Performance Marketing Manager (BENELUX) will oversee performance strategy and execution across one of Europe’s most digitally mature and analytically demanding regions. This role is designed for a marketer who understands that BENELUX performance success comes from precision, measurement integrity, and channel orchestration, not brute-force spend.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex performance problems in sophisticated markets.

- Apply strong measurement discipline and ensure data is decision-ready, not just report-ready
- Collaborate with global teams to pressure-test assumptions and performance hypotheses
- Translate performance dynamics into clear recommendations for internal and client stakeholders
- Manage pacing, optimization, and budget allocation with analytical rigor
- Identify structural performance opportunities specific to BENELUX market behavior

Compensation, Payment & Contractor Status
To support an efficient and transparent review process, applicants are asked to briefly describe their preferred compensation structure (e.g., hourly, daily, project-based, or retainer) and their proposed rate or fee range, including currency. All engagements are offered on an independent contractor basis only and do not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Compensation information is requested for planning and evaluation purposes and is non-binding; final terms will be subject to mutual agreement, defined scope, availability, jurisdictional and tax requirements. Where applicable, payments to international contractors may be made in the agreed local currency or USD, with any foreign exchange conversion handled at prevailing market rates through the Company’s designated payment provider.
