The Analista de Mídia Paga / Media Buyer will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns in Brazil, with a strong emphasis on supporting inbound international advertisers that are new to the Brazilian market.

This role requires hands-on platform expertise, strong analytical skills, and a clear understanding of Brazilian digital media dynamics and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with Criterion Global's global strategy and planning teams to localize campaigns, manage performance, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution that meets all local market standards.

To support an efficient and transparent review process, applicants are asked to briefly describe their preferred compensation structure (e.g., hourly, daily, project-based, or retainer) and their proposed rate or fee range, including currency. All engagements are offered on an independent contractor basis only and do not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Compensation information is requested for planning and evaluation purposes and is non-binding; final terms will be subject to mutual agreement, defined scope, availability, jurisdictional and tax requirements. Where applicable, payments to international contractors may be made in the agreed local currency or USD, with any foreign exchange conversion handled at prevailing market rates through the Company’s designated payment provider.

Base pay is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Depending on these same considerations, the total compensation package may also include other elements, including bonuses or additional awards, along with healthcare, educational, and/or other benefits (subject to eligibility criteria such as 401(k) participation). Details of any benefit plans will be provided if an offer is extended.

If hired, employment will be at-will, and the company reserves the right to modify base salary and any discretionary compensation or benefits programs at any time based on individual performance, department performance, company performance, or market factors.
