This Role

The Paid Media Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital media campaigns in Indonesia, supporting both local advertisers and international brands operating in or entering the market.

This role is hands-on and execution-focused, requiring strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and English fluency to collaborate effectively with Criterion Global’s international strategy and client leadership teams.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns for the Indonesian market
  • Translate global performance strategies into locally effective executions, with sound reasoning for media habits, consumption, economics and high-value opportunities
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, and KPIs against performance targets
  • Conduct testing, optimization, and audience refinement to improve outcomes
  • Produce clear, structured performance reporting for international stakeholders
  • Collaborate with global strategy, analytics, and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies, data standards, and brand safety guidelines
  • Maintain high standards of execution, QA, and operational accuracy

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in performance marketing or paid media execution
  • Strong hands-on expertise with major digital advertising platforms
  • Deep understanding of Indonesia’s digital media and consumer landscape
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) for global collaboration
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a contract, distributed team model
  • Experience supporting international clients or regional campaigns is a plus

Compensation, Payment & Contractor Status

All engagements are offered on an independent contractor basis only and do not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Compensation information is requested for planning and evaluation purposes and is non-binding; final terms will be subject to mutual agreement, defined scope, availability, jurisdictional and tax requirements. Where applicable, payments to international contractors may be made in the agreed local currency or USD, with any foreign exchange conversion handled at prevailing market rates through the Company’s designated payment provider.
